1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is ITC Klaudia Uliasz, tax ID (NIP) 5242929972. For anything concerning your data, contact: kontakt@stackwine.me.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the data you enter in the contact form yourself: your name, email address, the project type you select and the content of your message. We collect no other data about people visiting the site.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

We use the data only to answer your enquiry and to agree any further details of working together. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in conducting correspondence (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Who we share data with

We use external providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Web3Forms — handling contact form submissions,
  • ImprovMX — forwarding mail from the address on the stackwine.me domain,
  • Google (Gmail) — the mailbox where we receive messages,
  • Vercel — website hosting.

Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Data is transferred under the mechanisms provided for in the GDPR, including standard contractual clauses.

5. Google Fonts

The site uses Google Fonts, loaded from Google servers. This means that when the page loads, your IP address reaches Google. We do not use this mechanism for tracking or profiling.

6. Cookies and analytics

The site uses no cookies, no analytics tools and no advertising pixels. We do not track visitor behaviour and we do not build profiles.

7. How long we keep data

We keep correspondence for as long as it takes to handle the enquiry and any work that follows, and then for the period required by law, in particular tax law. Enquiries that do not lead to working together are deleted within 12 months at the latest.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectify it, to have it erased or its processing restricted, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise these rights, write to kontakt@stackwine.me. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

9. Providing data is voluntary

Filling in the form is voluntary, but without an email address we will not be able to answer your enquiry.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this address, together with the date it was last updated.
